Basil is a crisp herbaceous aromatic oil. Anecdotally said to enhance mood, improve digestion, increase alertness, and soothe muscle aches and pains. An excellent oil for focus and concentration when blended with citrus, frankincense, marjoram and eucalyptus oils.

How to Use

Spread the love

Add 8-10 drops in a vaporiser and fill it with water. Other methods of use: massage, bath and spa, inhalation and household cleaning.

Do not use on skin.
