International orders MUST be emailed to info@botanyessentials.com.au as further freight fees shall apply. Delivery time frame and method shall be confirmed or advised at the time of placing the order. Freight is quoted as per the customer requirements. All goods are shipped Exworks unless otherwise quoted.

International orders not subject to GST but are subject to the laws and regulations of the country of destination. International buyers are responsible for destination charges, duties and regulations that may affect any order.

International payments: Telegraphic transfer is accepted subject to receipt confirmation. Each party bears their own bank / institutions processing fees.

Selected Countries
We are only able to ship our products to selected countries as we do have stockists in several countries. For those countries which our stockists available, you will have to purchase from the stockists itself.
