Freight
Freight and handling charges are $10 flat rate.
All delivers require a fixed address as we cannot deliver to Postal Office Boxes (PO Boxes) or Parcel Lockers.

Delivery
Australia delivery is generally within 3 to 7 working days from payment receipt. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, your parcel might be delayed due to limited capacity in a workplace for the safety of their workers.

Returns and Disputes
The customer shall inspect the goods immediately on delivery and within 3 days of delivery give notice to Botany Essentials Pty Ltd of any defect or allegation that the goods are not in accordance with the order. If the customer fails to give such notice within that time, the goods shall be deemed to be in all respects in accordance with the order.

Every care is used in the packing, but, unless otherwise agreed, no responsibility is taken for loss or damage in transit or after the receipt of goods.

Botany Essentials Pty Ltd is under no obligation to accept goods returned by the purchaser, without limiting the purchaser’s rights at general law or under statute. Goods may not be returned unless the goods are physically defective at the time of receipt of goods.

Claims for return of goods for faulty goods must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods. The original invoice number, item, date and description of goods should be provided when making a claim and all goods returned shall be in their original containers and should not be soiled, obsolete or damaged as such goods will be rejected and payment remains due. Any costs incurred in the return of goods are solely the responsibility of the purchaser.
