Terms and Conditions of Trade
This website is operated by Botany Essentials Pty Ltd. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our services and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions and privacy policy from time to time in which circumstance changes shall be located on the website within our terms and conditions of trade and take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.

Payment procedure and prices.
Prices: All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST. Orders must be paid in full prior to processing and dispatch.

Payment: Botany accepts Visa, MasterCard, direct deposit and bank cheques. Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

Discount Codes: Discount codes do not apply to sales items, product bundles, essential oil absolutes, essential oil 100mL and essential oil 1L. 

International Orders
International orders MUST be emailed to: info@botanyessentials.com.au as further freight charges will apply. Delivery time frame and method will be confirmed or advised at the time of placing the order. Freight is quoted as per the customer requirements. All goods are shipped Exworks unless otherwise quoted.

International orders not subject to GST but are subject to the laws and regulations of the country of destination. International buyers are responsible for destination charges, duties and regulations that may affect any order.

International payments: Telegraphic transfer is accepted subject to receipt confirmation. Each party bears their own bank / institutions processing fees.

Freight fees and Delivery
Freight and shipping prices are subject to change. We use a variety of freight suppliers for different destinations. All deliveries require a fixed address as we cannot delivery to Postal office boxes (PO boxes).

Australia delivery is generally within 3 to 7 working days from payment receipt. In the unlikely circumstance where there may be a further delay the customer shall be notified by Botany Essentials Pty Ltd or call us on +61 3 9317 9088

Freight and handling charges are a flat rate of $10 and FREE shipping for purchases above $100 all Australia wide. International orders’ handling need to be quoted.

Returns and Disputes
The Customer shall inspect the Goods immediately on delivery and within 3 days of delivery give notice to Botany Essentials Pty Ltd of any defect or allegation that the Goods are not in accordance with the order. If the customer fails to give such notice within that time, the goods shall be deemed to be in all respects in accordance with the order.

Every care is used in the packing, but, unless otherwise agreed, no responsibility is taken for loss or damage in transit or after the receipt of goods.

Botany Essentials Pty Ltd is under no obligation to accept goods returned by the Purchaser, without limiting the Purchaser’s rights at general law or under statute. Goods may not be returned unless the goods are physically defective at the time of receipt of goods.

Claims for return of goods for faulty Goods must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods. The original invoice number, item, date and description of goods should be provided when making a claim and all goods returned shall be in their original containers and should not be soiled, obsolete or damaged as such goods will be rejected and payment remains due. Any costs incurred in the return of goods are solely the responsibility of the Purchaser.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction 
All purchases are subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, and where applicable the state of Victoria. By using this site you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and Australia and agree that any legal action will only be commenced in these forums.

Upon purchase of goods, the buyer agrees to use the products only for their intended purpose. Any other use will cause the buyer to assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of their use.

Unless otherwise stated, all discount codes and welcome offers excludes sales items, bundles, absolutes, 100mL and 1L essential oils.
