Spearmint is a fresh uplifting oil derived by steam distillation of the herb with a typical spearmint aroma. Invigorating in massage and stimulating for the scalp and body. Anecdotally used to treat asthma, digestive and skin problems, fatigue, sinus, cold and flu, headache,travel sickness, nausea and vertigo. Blends well with lemon, tea tree, orange, geranium, and herbaceous oils. Commonly used in toothpastes, lip balms and chewing gum.

How to Use

Spread the love

Add 8-10 drops in a vaporiser and fill it with water. Other methods of use: massage, bath and spa, inhalation and household cleaning.

Dilute prior to use on skin.
