Juniper is a slightly woody refreshing aromatic oil distilled from the ripe purple berries. Anecdotally it is used to reduce cold and flu symptons, acne, cellulitis, gout, muscular soreness, back pain and menstrual pain, obesity and rheumatism.
It is Astringent and antiseptic, Blends well with cypress, fennel, lemon, grapefruit, cedarwood and rosewood.

How to Use

Spread the love

Add 8-10 drops in a vaporiser and fill it with water. Other methods of use: massage, bath and spa, inhalation and household cleaning.

Dilute prior to use on skin.
